I eat eggs every day for breakfast as well, couldn't be without them. Advice for eggs changes all the time but I will go with what they say atm that they are ok to eat everyday :)

I always say listen to your body- if you are finding it hard at 4 days maybe you should alternate your routine to different days x

What about riding a bike? Doesn't move around too much then! Would have suggested gentle swimming but thats not going to work!

Usually boiled eggs on their own. Sometimes eggs with smoked salmon. Sometimes eggs on toast Sometimes bacon, eggs, avocado. Breakfast is one of my favourite meals.

Nuts are high in calories and great for you health wise. I really like fruit as well but they are high in sugar. Then oats is also really good. Try drinking milk or eating some cheese as a snack. Also boiled eggs! :)

Some days I can eat like 1500 and have 300 remaining (my goal is 1800) and feel like i have eaten loads. Over days like friday and today i feel like i haven't eaten much at all and im at 3000 calories.... really just depends on the day!

Ah ok, so it must purely be the jump of working out 2-3 times a week jumping to 6 days in a row. I wasn't discouraged to stop exercising, just wondered why :)

Its just because I did a workout 6 days in a row compared to my usual 2-3 a week + walking/cycling.

Ah ok, that makes sense. I usually try to not go by the scales so much but its its just satisfying to see the number drop :)

I know it sounds obvious- but don't buy anything you will snack on! I absolutely love crisps so just don't keep them in the house! Instead occasionally buy a bag when im out as a treat!
