Yes you make a good point to keep it on a medium heat- also don't ever use metal spoons on it- and clean with a soft cloth no metal washing brushes!

Yes the one I have is great- where are you in the world? I am in the UK so don't know if they would do outside Europe- I think it's a German brand. I'm too addicted to how good exercise feels and how good I feel with a smaller and toned body. Plus seeing people with health problems because of weight/made worse by weight is enough to put me off ever being overweight again!

I think it's up to the woman/man. I only have to shave my arm pit hair as that is a personal preference. I shave my legs and bush every now and then when I fancy it. I would never find it disgusting on someone else though.

I think you should cut it back slowly. Start at 2000 a week then reduce by 100 a week? I do the TDEE method which works much better for me. This means I eat 2000 a day but don't count my exercise calories.

Depends how much you weigh. For my weight and height that's probably how much I burn a day. My TDEE to lose is 2000 a day.

Yeah that was no choice juice fast, couldn't even have soup as the heat hurt me! Yes wouldn't recommend it. I don't have the piercing any more :P

You are very different then! I could get up at 7.00 and do a 30 minute workout as I don't leave the house until 8.30 I just like my sleep :D

hehe I'm Emma :) but Alan will do. If it helps, I ate nothing but blended frozen fruit and yogurt when I had my tongue pierced as I couldn't have any solids! I lost 7lbs in a week!

I've done it for years but never followed it as 'a program' I just do it when I fancy and jump between levels depending on how strong I am feeling that day! Level 3 is a killer it's mostly in plank :P Love it though x

Agree that you could be underestimating food or overestimating exercise! I was probably doing that which is why not logging exercise is helping me :) x

Also- I went on holiday in September and only just got it off last week! Nearly 2 months later! Weight loss is slow- don't weigh yourself everyday!

I have basically been in plateau for 2 years! It's hard. I have just started doing TDEE about 3 weeks ago and I am finally losing some weight again :) I would recommend it- before I was eating back a lot of my exercise calories as I was hungry and felt like I had to earn them before I could eat them. As someone else above I went from veggie (for 12 years) to being a meat eater (nearly 5 years ago) I was fatter as a vegetarian as my portions were bigger and I wasn't moving. The protein in meat fills me up. I like having a steak with loads of veggies :)

I haven't given up alcohol for weight loss. I have been in a plateau for a long time after 2.5 stone loss but I don't believe in giving up anything. I try and cut down where I can. I am jealous of anyone who can :) x

You can burn LOADS of calories cleaning! I try to not log mine any more though as I just end up eating it all back. :P I would say heavy- scrubbing/hoovering Light- dusting, wiping. I wore my HRM once when I cleaned for 1 hour and burnt over 400!
