Yoga is a good activity for recovery. You look pretty thin so I would stay away from walking on your days off if your intent is to gain mass.0

This. Yoga or some form of stretching is an often overlooked but critical component of lifting.
Youtube search "yoga for bodybuilders". They have some great chest openers and shoulder mobility poses.

Yoga is always good for the feelings and the viewings. Swimming is good, as is bike.0

Hmmm. I'd never describe yoga as "easy", but then again I'm about as flexible as a 4x4. Easier on the muscles than lifting heavy.
Might want to look at some of the bodyweight exercises (You Are Your Own Gym / Convict Conditioning, etc). If you stick to the easier end of the progressions, you should be getting a reasonable light workout without getting into overload territory.0 -
Flexibility/mobility work is always a good option. I've also found swimming to be an excellent recovery exercise.0

Morning flexibility and mobility work. Checkout Joe DeFranco's "Limber 11" and "Simple 6" on YouTube; then actually rest.0

I'm on the same workout schedule. I try to walk on the off days and sometimes on the workout days too. I do the walking for a little extra cardio and to clear my head during the work week. I do like the yoga idea too.0

Yoga.
I personally love hot yoga but can't afford the price tag all the time. I use it to complement my lifting routine and it helps. I use this site most of the time: http://www.doyogawithme.com/0 -
I tend to do yoga on my rest days, as well as walking. I look for videos on YouTube, along the lines of yoga for runners or yoga for athletes. They tend to focus on stretching out the lower body (my quads and hamstrings are ALWAYS tight).0

If you're a newbie to yoga, I would suggest starting with a class labeled as "beginner's" or "Hatha" yoga--more focused on slow movement, learning the asanas, and stretching.0

Yoga for me because it helps with balance and tends to stretch out my sore muscles. I have found it also helps great with my running. I would agree with trying the beginners class first so you can get used to the poses.0
