I agree with him! Also a trainer told me that once bc you are not using your full potential. The harder you work the harder everything else works.

I wet the staps really good. I run it under the sink for a sec. Also I sweat a lot with the workouts I do. Also I have changed the batts not to long ago.

Well I didnt make the mash potatoes so I couldnt do the recipe thing. I might just do the boiled medium potatoe :) Either way its ok bc I burned over 700 calories last night.

Great job. DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED. When I first started working out the elliptical was so hard for me. There are different kinds. The ones that rock are harder. Circuit training with strength training is the best cardio. But if you want to do just cardio: Stairs and Jump rope. Elliptical isnt bad either. Walking is good but you dont loose enough calories. It is the lowest quality of cardio.

Personally I have never been a big girl and even then I have never had a flat stomach. Even at my losest weight of 114 I still had a pouch. Keep me updated on your progress bc I want one too!! lol
