Thanks. Funny MFP says to eat 1200 calories to loose and this says 1442. I am very short and starting to have binging issues so I'm trying to figure out a plan and the exact calories I should be consuming.

Ugh I am even more confused. It says Garmin (3026) Myfitnesspal (2032) - Calories burned 994. Do I do anything and what about what was recorded during my workout which was 526? Do I even bother adding it..?

Its crazy how my weight can fluctuate. I range from 125 - 135. The past few years it more like 130-136. I don't feel comfortable at all at this weight.

I TOTALLY agree!! I have been on here since (maybe 2008) and I am appalled at the responses! I will refer to my topic "body image". Every ones story is different so I don't know what all the high and mighty "I know all because I lost weight" attitude is! If you don't have anything nice to say then go sit down and be quiet!!

Same here girl! At my lowest weight I still had a stomach. I'm short it's just the way it is. I was told that I didn't work hard enough on my stomach and it could ave changed but I really just think it's is what it is.

Let’s calm it down people. I am not worried about what others think. Everyone strives towards what body they like or want to be like. To sit here and act like you are 100% loving yourself/body is a down right lie. If that was the case none of us would be here on this site counting calories.

Maybe your right. I don't eat a big breakfast (when I work early) because I don't want to eat too many calories and really over eat before I eat dinner. I also try to stick to a paleo type of diet. I am not on a paleo diet but try and stay away from wheat and grains as much as possible.
