I actually eat that as a snack at work. I love hard boiled eggs! YUM:tongue:

Thanks. I have it set to carbs, protein, sugar, and iron. - so I got: Calories at 1350 Protein at 92 all I need to figure out is carbs, sugar, and iron. - We are on the right track!! My carbs were at 50% today :( I need to do better!

http://kbandstraining.com/how-much-protein-should-i-eat-weight-loss-secrets/ For example this is how to find out how much protein to have. I can't do math for the life of me. So what I gather is I should be eating about 92 grams of protein. My goal is 50 on MFP. Thats a huge difference!!!

Agreed. though I do have to do some research for myself bc I do not agree on everything that was posted. I am reading http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3198517/ at the moment but I have taken posts into consideration. There is a lot of stuff thrown at me........

Look I do apologize. What I said was unnecessary. I was trying to get basic information and people weren't being very nice about it so I got snippy. It was below the belt and not cute. I was basically trying to get a list going of things (chemicals) that people filter when they shop and look at labels. I know a good amount…

Ok I will definitely look into that.
-
That is what MFP provided. What should it be?
-
I am assuming you were looking at mt diary. I just started logging my food. This is week 1. If you don't care why are you bothering looking at that...?
-
Ans what evidence are you basing this on? Everything else looked great. Arms, legs, etc. I am naturally muscular and had a body builder father who stressed protein.
-
ugh ok then why are you even commenting?
-
Well people were and I felt attacked.

Look guys I do have a good diet and I do everything: I do yoga, circuits, interval training, strength training, etc. I have trainers ask me to be a trainer on a daily basis. My stomach is just not a normal shape, My fupa area is completely flat and I have a tire (maybe its skin) under the belly button. When I was at my…

((SNIFFLE)) Thank you. This has been the most stressful post I have ever took part in.

Do you argue with me just to argue? I was 114 at one point. I am 5'1 and have a small torso. Its smooshed!! I am going to humor you: how did you do this? If you can make this happen I will send you a gift via email You seem like a man of principle so I think a good "you told you so" would be just as good.
-
Whoops I didnt read your whole profile. I stopped at that sentence. My bad. Either way you look amazing so whatever your doing stick to it. Your stomach is my goal. I have never had a "flat" stomach so its unrealistic but still my goal.
-
Ugh no one told you not too. Everyone is different so good for you?
-
I creeped your page :X kudos you look great!!! Can I ask a personal question. Why do you eat clean if non of this matters? I am not being sassy I am curious.....
-
We will have to agree to disagree. We are getting nowhere. There is nothing you can say that would ever make me believe that someone who drinks 6 cans of pop a day will live a normal and healthy life.
-

-
Typo: 2 liters a day over a period of years is what i meant.
-
Well based on the evidence I just read. What evidence do you have that it would be ok?
-
lol - Just hearing those numbers makes my stomach hurt. I know what you are getting at. I know people who drink so much diet soda bc of 0 calories. Yes they are not downing 42 cans but 2 liters of pop over time is def not good.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23850261 "However, accumulating evidence suggests that frequent consumers of these sugar substitutes may also be at increased risk of excessive weight gain, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. This paper discusses these findings and considers the hypothesis…

You betcha, sweetheart, those folks are bang on correct, there are no "bad ingredients". In fact, glucose, which you specifically mentioned, is one of the healthiest things you can eat. [/quote] Maybe you should read the whole post before quoting "sweetheart".

Thank you very much. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24159687 Check that study out - altered DNA sounds bad to me (just saying). I really appreciate the links.
