Agreed!! Even when I have in the past I do not do my best bc it takes hours for my body to wake up so I feel its a waste for me. How I wish I could be a morning person :(

Yea :( I took two pics already. The only problem is it gives you a range. I took a pic of my latte and it gave me 104 - 156 and my oatmeal 303-455 which was actually like 265 (bc I use water, splenda, and 1/2 a banana). So I think this is a good thing for when you are at a restaurant or eating something new.

A work out that I did last week: 60 skips (jumps ropping) 5 kicks to the heavy bag (each leg) 5 Elbows to the heavy bag 20 second walk

4 rounds 4 mins - jump 30 x's and mark on paper 1 min - Leg up/downs (one ab exercise) Then repeat 4 times and there is 20 mins. At the end of your work out you tally up the amount of jumps/skips for each round. Its fun bc the next week you try to beat it. So you are competing with your self! Interval timers work the best…
