Yep, SOMA measured me and added inches, and the bras I bought are verging on too big. Next time I am just going to try on until it fits.

I get more annoyed by the "chatters"--you know, the ones who are on the treadmill, and wave their friends over to have a long convo about nothing. If I can hear you chatting over the music from my headphones, STFU.

Just because you are less rude than people who bring in a crying baby doesn't make it acceptable. It is rude and distracting to text or play with your phone during a movie. "Changing technology" does not make it less rude or distracting, either.

Newbie day 1 done (last night). That is the longest 20 seconds I have felt since I was in labor (or on the treadmill doing c25k)!

This was me, too, and why I failed last time. Exercise gives me extra calories and more muscle, so I eat more and still lose. I am determined to succeed this time!

I am always hungry after. I usually do a protein shake with fruit, or milk and fruit after (if I am not eating dinner).

This is almost me, exactly. I have just found that some 12s fit, after losing 40ish lbs total. I was at about 15-20 lbs down for a long while wearing a 16 and shopping in the normal section. I occasionally have this problem (I workout almost exclusively in the evening) and I take melatonin for those times when sleep isn't coming easily. It is what your body naturally produces, so it doesn't give me that zonky feeling in the am like other sleeping aids do.
