Whole grains are added back after the first 17 days. In the first 17 days, you get your carbs from the 2 fruits and probiotics. the last cycle is for life, I think. No foods are permanently restricted.

I went from dislike of Week 2 to full on hate last night. I'm so over it, but I'm still going to finish it. Just today and tomorrow to go. I'm really looking forward to starting Week 3 on Wednesday.

Hey all! i haven't checked in, but I've still been on it. I'm on Week 2, Day 3 of Ripped in 30. It's pretty beastly, but I'm trying to stick it out. I am SO not feeling this Week 2 workout.

Rest day for me today! Then I'll be on to level 2. I'm already thinking about what I want to do next. I NEED to do 6 week, 6 pack, but I don't think it entertains me enough to keep doing it.

I did RI30 Week 1 Day 5 today. I've done it straight through everyday. I plan to rest on Tuesday, then do 6 days straight of Week 2. From the way you ladies talk, I'm not looking forward to week 2. :-/
