I'm on day 2! Down .6 lbs from yesterday! And considering it's day 1 of my TOM, I think that's great. I'm hoping to see a significant drop. I always do when i cut the carbs/sugar.

Hey Ladies! I rested yesterday (and went waaaaaay over calories). I'm doing Level 1 today and attempting Level 2 tomorrow. If it's too much, I'm dropping back to Level 1 for a little while longer. Glad you ladies like the music recommendation. Beyonce helps me through the workout. :wink:

Just did Day 3! It actually seemed a little easier today, but I mostly do the modified moves. I live in an apartment too, so I don't do as much jumping during the cardio sections. I'm still soaked though! I'm gonna push it even harder tomorrow.

I did day 2. I feel like I had to pause more today than I did yesterday, but hopefully tomorrow will be better. I'm adding in other workouts too. I'm training for a 10K and I like to take Zumba at the gym.

Anything that gets you moving can be a success. You just have to keep doing it and eat within your calories. :)

Week 1 Day 1 done for me this morning too! I did it at 6am! I was getting tired during the last circuit, but I finished it. I feel like it kinda kick-started my energy for the day. I'll have to take some pictures.

It's definitely a good idea to invest in good lunch storage. Containers, an insulated bag, and ice packs. I like to buy pre-cooked chicken. I can mix it up in wraps, salad, sandwiches, or pasta. I've been using it, and meaning to try the buns for burgers. Just make sure you leave it in the freezer and only take out as needed. It goes bad quickly!

I've noticed that my MFP seems to give me a pretty large percentage of carbs (180g carbs/49g protein/44g fat)/26g sugar). I have flat feet. i suggest you go to a a specialty running store to be properly fitted for shoes and possibly orthotics. Even if you don't but the shoes there, go get fitted so they can tell you what types of running shoes work for you. Shoes are VERY important in running.
