  • RX Bars are incredible and most only have 3-5 ingredients in them--not processed, very clean and very dense. I can eat a half of one for a snack with a glass of water and they are great tasting.
  • When I want to emotional eat or eat out of boredness or being tired, I will pull out a good juicy book and get my mind elsewhere. It usually helps. After about 15 minutes, I am over it. When all else fails, got to bed if at night!
  • I add some frozen berries (strawberries or blueberries), just a drizzle of pure honey and a tsp sliced almonds for crunch. Alway use Fage full fat as it tastes the best. I just limit myself to half a container and eat rest next day.
