Kettle Bell workouts are great, no jumping involved and you can start with the lighter wieghts and work up from there. You can also go to YouTube and get free workouts as well. Good luck and keep up the good work.

I battle the same thing, however once I started taking my medicine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and not eating for an hour it seems to help. Another thing I have changed is waiting 4 hours before taking my supplements, the Doctors never tell you this, but you should wait 3-4 hours before taking…
