I have lost 59 lbs. in 5 months. It took a major change in eating and I have been doing water aerobics at least 2-3 times a week. I alos, walk my dog about 1/2 hour three times a day, slow but we are walking.

I'm in I have a really hard time drink 8 glasses of water. I have been able to drink more surgar free ice tea instead of diet sodas so count me in.

you can use Betty Crocker Angle Food Cake mix and add a can of crushed pinapple and put in cup cake paper, bake as directed for cupcakes. On WW one cup cake is 2 points.

I belong to TOPS also and each week we draw out to "No No" and one "Yes" for the week. We are challenged for a week to either not eat something not good for us or to eat something good for us. I find by posting what I eat each meal, and recording my excerisem it helps me stay on tract. I am averaging a pound a week loss, so you to can accomplish your goal. Good luck.
