I did the program last summer! I do not consider myself a runner by any means, but I run/jog 4.5-6.5 miles at a time 4-5 days a week!

I had Mexican for lunch today! I had a cheese quesadilla and some guacamole salad! I also had a few chips with salsa. After the guilt set in, I ran 6 miles!

I just finished day 20 today! I have had to add a couple of days rest each week. I could totally feel it in my knees. I also do cardio on days I do the shred. Not sure if that is ok or not, but that is what I do! I was thinking of starting over once I'm finished. I start level 3 tomorrow or wednesday!

I spent 9 days at level one and moved on to level 2 today. It was definitely harder than level 1! After starting level 1, I gained 5 pounds! It is now off, so I hope the scale continues to move in the downward direction!

I am on level 1 day 3! So far so good! I am a bit sore, but not miserable. I also ran 2 miles today. Is it bad to combine both the 30 day shred and cardio on the same day?

You can do it! I've been working since June of last year. It takes hard work, but you can definitely do it!
