I realy like Fiona Apple as well, and am also looking forward to her new album. I've never seen her live, but from what ive read I guess she's kind of a **** on stage and has walked off and not finished shows due to "tantrums". I do the sour cream substitute as well most often with vegetarian chili. Another GREAT use is as a substitute for mayo in anything that calls for mayo. Tuna salad, egg salad, coleslaw, dips etc... AND to make salad dressing (just add the little packets of flavoring)
