Soy milk is bad for you you....most of the time it's GMO and even when it's not it's really not a good choice...I would go with Coconut or Almond, Hemp....

I would say you are eating WAY too much processed food with not enough nutritional value (frozen meals and such), also maybe too much dairy. I would make more salads and add in some Grannie Smith Apple, Kefir Coconut Milk and a high quality fiber supplement. Also make sure you are drinking enough water.

Hey There! Are you talking about when you zig zag your cals? Like 1200 Monday...Tues 1400...Wed 1000 Thurs 1600? Is that the 17 Day Cycle? Also I only need to lose another 11lbs total. Thanks!
