I would suggest calculating your TDEE to ensure you are eating ENOUGH! There is alot of good reading on people that get stuck because they are not eating enough - read the forums, caluclate your TDEE just to be sure. I was stuck and upped my calories from 1200 to 1300 and now see the scale moving again.

yep.... nerds be gone! :laugh: I also love candy and once I stopped eating it, I stopped craving it. I can actually have candy in the house and not touch it :)

This is a tough one for me... I LOVE sugar :love: .... I just started reading all labels and cutting out the things that I didn't really need. Juice was one of them... I LOVE OJ, but now only have it on Christmas Morning :laugh: I don't worry about sugar in fresh fruit or milk etc, - but have tried cutting out other sugar…

I use Herbal Essance Shampoo/Conditioner/Mousse. Sometimes I switch up my shampoo/conditioner but always use the same mousse. :love:

I was thinking of rotating work outs I have been doing it the past couple of days but was not sure if it will work or not? I figure why wouldn't it... but has anyone else done that? i.e. 30 DS level 2 one day, then RI30 level 1, then 30DS level 3 ... etc etc. any thoughts? just not sure if you have to stick to one level…

I recently started running too and I agree that going running on trails makes it much more enjoyable! We are doing the C25K ... starting week 4 tonight! (hope the rain stops by then!)

I've also been stuck for about 2 months at the same weight. I am going to try changing up my excercise a little bit, and if that doesn't work, I am going to up my calories... sorry .... probably not much help! But I would love to see what other people suggest!

I was the same way .... started walking, then hiking and now even started running! Find something you love to do.... I LOVE hiking, we are lucky that there are lots of places to go close to home.... Once I found that thing that I loved to do, I am out there getting active and it started with just walking the dogs. Stick to…
