before I got my HRM i logged it as circuit training and I found it to be fairly close to what my HRM said when I used that.

I agree that 30DS is a good one - but as an above posted said, some people complain about knee problems - so make sure she has good form. Also - the first three days are TOUGH...but if she sticks it out it gets better and you feel great :happy:

Love it! Congrats to Poochie! I have 2 labs and they are both getting into better shape with our weekend hiking and evening walk/runs. :happy:

I agree with the other posters about just keep doing what you are doing - setting an example. He will eventually come around when he sees your progress! Good Luck and stick with it :wink:

I weigh every Saturday on my Wii and that is the only weight that "matters" and I only track it on MFP if it is a loss....

i"m 5'4(ish) and as of today, down to 130lbs :) I am aiming for about 120 I think, originallly I was aiming form 125, but I would really like to get to a point when I have more space between my thighs!!! LOL hate that they still rub together :grumble: I think I will just stop when I get to what makes me happy :tongue: So…

you can do it! I prefered level 2 to level 1 (in saying that I have only ever made it as far as half way through level 2 when "life" happened). I have somewhat started again, but now I am sick (AGAIN!) but will be starting it hopefully in the next few days again! Good luck! :wink:

I used the depo as well and gained a ton of weight over the time that I was on it (about 50 lbs in all). I have started dropping the weight, it took some time, but now that I am sticking with this site and the changes I have made I have started to lose the weight. Don't give up!! Stick with it, it will come off... please…
