I think I'm going to order it and start March 1st.... Can someone tell me if all the workouts are only 30 minutes? That would fit perfectly for me as I have the same concern on the length of time you need to devote to similar workout plans daily.

Wow you look amazing! Keep it up! :flowerforyou: I was interested in starting p90X March 1st.... what's the difference of P90X2? I have the ten minute trainers program and P90X currently.

Acutally I think there is a "PCOS Diet book for Dummies" or something close to it. I would try looking it up. I have thought I had PCOS and did my research, but have never been diagnosed. Good luck to you!

I'm still waiting in the mail for mine :( It has to be here by this weekend, but I still wanna keep up with everyone to share info...
