Catatomi99 is right. I expected kenpo to be more difficult... and 90 minutes of yoga can be grueling. However, the program is amazing, Tony Horton is both motivating and a riot. Ultimately "if you do your best and forget the rest" you will see results.

I'm in!!!! Sort of. On Monday, I'll be on round 1 week 12. My plan was to finish up and only wait one week before starting round 2. So, officially, I'm not in for a couple of weeks. But I still want to bring it and do my best and forget the rest...

I'm a huge p90x fan. I think it's a well-rounded program. I bought the pull-up bar and the bands. Unfortunately the bar doesn't for in any of my door frames. So, out of necessity I use the bands. Another good program - and less expensive - is Chris Freytag's 10 pound slimdown xtreme.
