I've read that dehydration symptoms can mimic hunger symptoms. If I feel a little hungry after eating, I have a big mug of herbal tea and that does the trick. I'm not dehydtrated though, the tea is just feeling. Tazo Passion and Wild Sweet Orange are super tasty.

I try to fill up on brown rice or quinoa, yogurt, lean proteins, fruits and tons of veggies. I eat a limited amount of low calorie processed foods (too small--not filling enough for amount calories), but add a salad, nuts, fruit or piece of whole grain bread. i keep going under too (especially on excerise days)--i try to have a glass of skim milk and maybe some peanut butter or hummus--but not too late. better not to eat after 7 (at the latest). protein bars can be good too-- i like think thins.

you may want to supplement your yogurt with a piece of fruit (apples and berries are good) and the frozen meals with veggies (baby carrots are easy) or a piece of whole grain bread.
