I had to change my eating habits. I can still eat anything I want.....just not all day long. I pick and choose what treats I will allow myself and usually it's one treat a day. I walk all the time....and have lost 23 lbs so far. My last fitness craze ....I excercised like a fiend and took weight off.....but it was 1 hr everyday at the gym and I ate terrible. Trek....love it. I told a friend that I didn't ride bike ...because it hurt my back. I'm tall 5'11". She told me I needed a GOOD bike that was fitted to me. Having a dept store bike is like driving around on a lawn mower....verses...Treks...it's like a Cadillac. She was so right. We ride all time...and NO back problems.…

I do track everything yes. I don't see the point in lying, you're only lying to yourself really. I wouldnt worry too much about what other people are doing in *their* diaries. Focus on doing the right thing with your own. Good luck DITTO!!!!

I am 5'11"...started out in Dec 2011 @ 198. I'm now 184...........and would LOVE to be 155. But would be happy at 165 or anything lower. I love all the before and after pictures.

I love peanut butter...if I was force to choose 10 foods that I couldn't live without...Peanut butter would be at the top of that list. I know it's got loads calories for 2 tbsp.....but I cut out other things to allow me to have a small portion.......Love it...love it ...
