I eat the same thing just about every day. I also work in a school and by the time I get to the lunch room I have about 20 minutes to eat. Feel free to friend me if you would like to see my diary (though it's boring!)

I just had a few cups of watermelon myself. So good on a hot & humid day like today !

To The OP.. Just wondering, does your whole family follow the same diet as you? I wish I had the incentive to follow it but I enjoy the occasional Pizza, chocolate bar & chinese dish.

Hi, I am 56 and have an open diary for friends. I am almost to my goal but I have a really hard time maintaining. I have been down this road before and I tend to go up & down. I am determined to lose the last 2 lbs and then maintain. Feel free (anyone) to add me.

Today at my gym there was a man using the equipment and not wiping it down. He also was a bit rough with the equipment. I was using most of the equipment after him and I thought about saying something and then remembered I am not the Gym police. ;) He seemed like he was having a bad day or life, very angry. I went to the…

Mine is around 1,500. I have really high BP and am on meds. I have lost 15lbs since I was first diagnosed . BP has gone down but I'm not sure if it's the change in diet & weight loss or meds. Either way I'm glad it's being controlled.

I had some yummy salmon cooked on a plank from Wegman's. I didn't have one veggie yet though... oops..

I was diagnosed with very high BP a few months ago. It was weird because all my life it was VERY low! I It would run about 150/100. The Dr. wanted to try diet & meds, so I'm not sure which has really lowered it but anyhow, feel free to friend me so you can view my daily eats. I try to stick to salads a lot. I created my…

Hi, A few months ago I was put on a low sodium diet. It hasn't been easy but I have been sticking to under 1,500 mg a day. Feel free to friend me and view my diary. Next week won't count, i'm going on vacation and eating whatever I want. As soon as I get back I will resume lol

Yesterday they were giving out samples of plank cooked Salmon in Wegman's. I did not think I would like it but it was awesome!

That sounds so good!

I second the Greek yogurt. I add it to a tbsp of salad dressing and that cuts down on the calories/sodium. I really love Trader Joe's Peanut Butter & jelly Greek Yogurt. I have one every morning for breakfast. It really helps satisfy my peanut butter cravings.

No suggestions but I want to congratulate you on your weight loss!

Please share!

I have HBP and I try to keep my intake under 1500 mg. I usually do but on Taco night I always run 200 over. My diary is open to friends. Feel free to send me a request.

I'm late to the party but I need to participate!

My Dr just told me to start taking 50,000 IU's once a week. ( I have ms) I have yet to find them at that strength

Trader Joe's Peanut butter yogurt

Thanks for the tip. I have sodium concerns so I use 1 Tbsp of a ranch dressing & I add 1 Tbsp of plain yogurt. It helps make it go further. :-)

This! Also pluots, watermelon-and anything on the grill!

I feel your pain. I am an Instructional Asst and I go out to classes with the students. I have 2 Cups before work, then I drink a 32 oz water bottle throughout the rest of the school day. I have it timed pretty good to where I run in between classes but it is difficult!
