Mine hasn't been able to sync in about 5 days. It did the same thing back in February.

If I didn't have calories I would go get some Chinese.. Been craving the Won ton Soup, Shrimp & Lobster sauce , fried rice & of course an eggroll!

I agree with Jogo. I brush my teeth when I am tempted. Also, ice water or a cup of chamomile tea help me. I worked with students that have multiple disabilities for 17 years. If you ever need to talk, friend me. I am sending you a hug. You are going through a lot. Hang in there! <3

I put off weighing myself for a long time. I finally had the guts to do it. I weighed in at my all time high, more than when I was 9 months pregnant. It was a HUGE shock but I am doing something about it now. I hope you have s quick recovery after your surgery. Hang in there, you got this!

I gained 30lbs this last year. I am also trying so hard to stay motivated. Would love it if you all would friend me. I need support too. We just have to hang in there.
