I kegel at stoplights. It's become a habit, and it does seem to help. I think you have to do a few hundred a day for several weeks before you'll notice much difference. Also, if it doesn't get better, there are other things your ob-gyn can recommend, including physical therapy.

This was hard for me several years ago, but I found if I made myself follow a food curfew I just got used to it. No snacks after dinner works for me. I noticed I started sleeping better too. I've tried the one that Alton Brown demonstrated on Good Eats. It's very good, but only if you don't go for the full nine hours listed. In fact, if I let the crock pot go past seven hours the oatmeal burns. I scoop out the nonburned part and have found it pretty yummy anyway. Maybe my crock pot is just too hot. If you try…

There's a candy shop on the far south side of town that has chocolate covered bacon. It is totally and completely delicious. Luckily, it's a bit of a drive from my home to get there. Still I love it. Don't judge me! : D

I love grilled cheese sandwiches, but I make mine with a low fat cheese slice on thin pepperidge farm bread. Spray Pam with butter flavor on the pan and grill it up. It's pretty satisfying.

I just had a mini twix ice cream bar. Only 90 calories. I have mini Snickers bars in my frig too. They tend to push the button on the craving without making me go over. Also, if I know I can have one, I'm less likely to obsess about it.

I started it today! Great workout! Anybody know how to categorize it for the exercise entry? MVP said I burned 182 calories as general aerobics in 20 minutes, which is great. I still need to exercise more to meet my calorie burn goal though. Is general aerobics the right category?

Thanks for the good advice, everyone! I'm really working on portion control and eating enough calories without overestimating the amount I'm burning. Does anyone else find the MFP calorie counts on exercise higher than other sources? Do you use other sources to estimate the calories you burn?
