YIKES!!! My husband made a fresh strawberry pie last night...homemade crust & all...with real whipped cream topping. Road stationary bike 6 miles, but not near enough to burn off those calories. I'll have to get back on track today. Yesterday was a disaster. Definitely will get in some cardio this morning before work & go…

Good morning from a fellow Arkansan. Although the weather is yucky, I managed to get in a 20 min. walk up & down a couple of hilly streets. I feel great!

My name is Toni & I'm new to the team. Good Morning to everyone! Not sure how much walking I'll get in today...the weather is windy & stormy. It rained 1 inch in less than 1 hour last evening. Will go to the gym after work for dance class & should burn at least 300 calories. I going to have a great day & hope everyone else…

I'm ready to get this going. I pledge 10 pounds. I might pledge 15 if I someone would tell me a time frame. Burned 512 calories today walking & Spin Cycling at the gym. YEA BLACK TEAM!!!

I saw something yesterday that said your calorie intake should be 10X your goal weight. Not sure if exercise calories should be added in to that.

I was told that If you are new to the team, send your starting weight today so she can get you set up. If you are already a member, start tomorrow. In the future, post your weight on Wednesday.

I was just given the same advice from a co-worker who has been to a nutritionist. She said to spread my fruit throughout the day...morning, afternoon & evening...& watch out for the ADDED sugar in foods. Thanks.

I love fruit, therefore I eat at 2-3 per day. That seems to go along with 5-7 friuts & veggies that the Food Pyramid suggests. But I'm constantly going over my allotted sugar grams. Does anyone else have trouble with this & what can I do about it?

Yes, I love Leslie. I'm also working out at the gym 4 times a week and new to the team. We've just got to remember that we didn't get this way overnight & it will take time to see results. I tend to get discouraged if I can't see changes immediately, but this time will be different.

I'm usualy OK if I can't smell it. Get as far away from it as you can.
