The fastest I can walk on the treadmill is 3.5 with a 2 to 4 incline.. The thought of walking 4.0 at the place I am sounds to hard.. I am not there yet.. But that is ok with me...

We eat pasta and pasta sauce (which you can get really cheap) chicken and salad, we even have oatmeal for supper some nights... We do have every so often smoked sausage (which is processed) but we don't make it a habit...

Hi, I have used her dvd.. I have done the 1 mile, 2 mile, and the 3 mile.. I like it and she is fun to listen to.. But if I can walk outside (meaning not too hot out or not raining) I really enjoy that better. But I think during the winter I will be using the dvd and my treadmill a lot :) I still have 10 to 15 more pounds…

My first goal is about 8 more lbs to lose.. I want a triple chocolate muffin.. (I know sounds corny) and when I hit 150 I pray that my cholesterol has gone down.. Then I will really celebrate with some new clothes and I will make sure that I won't ever gain that weight back :)

Wow, I just rode my new bike today for 3 miles and I can't believe that my legs feel weak from it (I haven't ridden a bike for at least 5 yrs.) It was harder than my walking 3 miles, esp. the little hills. (the bike is just a 1 speed). But I am determined to keep riding it :) Plus I know I will probably feel it tomorrow..…
