Hi, I am 58 yrs old and I lost 40 lbs in one year by walking outside & using Leslie Sansone walking dvd's... Now I am just trying to maintain my weight & possibly loosing a couple more pounds.. I started out at 183 and today when I weighed myself I was 145 lbs.

I am 57 yrs old and weigh 145 lbs..I am 5' 7.5".. I wouldn't mind being 140 lbs but the scale is being stubborn :) I was 183 lbs and I lost close to 40 lbs. I can wear a size 10 instead of a squeezed into size 14 and that makes me happy...

I take Celexa (which I read online that causes weight gain), Trazadone, and Flexeral.. I admit I did gain about 40 pounds since I started taking it, but I also ate the wrong things.. I take Celexa, which I read makes you gain weight.. I also have fibromyalgia.. With a lot of determination and eating right with exercise (walking) in one year I have lost over 33 lbs.. It was hard but it can be done :)

I like the 5 mile fat burning walk.. I usually either do 3 miles or go and do all 5 miles.. I really like doing them.. I also walk on my treadmill.. But the dvd is less boring :)

I am 5'7.5" and on the treadmill the fastest I can walk is 3.5.. I would have to jog at 4.0.. When I walk outside I usually walk 3.3 and that seems the fastest I can seem to walk.. I would really love to job but every time I try the fronts of my legs start hurting.. Maybe I should just take it slower..

I am 5' 7.5" and I weigh between 153 and 155 lbs.. I was 179 lbs in February, and was a tight size 14.. Now I can wear size 12, but I would like to weigh about 140 to 145 lbs.. Never give up!!!:happy:

It is possible.. Just start out slow. I am 56 yrs old and I have fibromyalgia and I just walked 5 miles today.. I started out walking about 20 minutes to begin with (I started walking in April) and now I can do 5 miles, but it does tire me out the next day. I usually will walk anywhere between 2 to 3 miles when I walk…
