Theoretically yes you can as long as you maintain a caloric deficit. However if you value your health, you'd need to take vitamins and keep an eye on your macros to make sure you are giving your body at least some of what it needs.

I usually grind 2tbsp and put it in my protein shake. I eat very low carb, but I imagine those who consume carbs regularly put it in their oatmeal, bake their own bread with it, etc.

Great source of omega-3's and 6's. And even more awesomely, THE FIBER. Best to buy them whole and grind them yourself. Flaxseed oil lacks the fiber, pre-ground flaxseed lacks the omegas.

Screw a label. Attraction is never limited to what's between a person's legs, and I dont see the point of labeling people based on what they are attracted to.

Are you left handed? I'm right handed and my right arm is a bit bigger than my left, and I attribute that to being because when I lift and carry things that only need one arm to be used, I'm using my right arm. **edit** you sure did say you're a righty lol... i dunno then!!

I have and I'm doing it again. I lost 43 pounds in 4 months back in 2010, but went back to my pasta loving ways and gained half of it back.
