Caloric Adjustment?
So, long story short, I recently moved to a new apartment that's a 12-15 minute 1/2 mile walk from my job. So, I walk a mile everyday... should I adjust my calorie limit to account for that daily activity or just continue to log the walk and eat over my limit to balance it out?

I have a question for those who used to be overweight with tattoos. Did your tattoos disfigure or change colors when you lost the weight? Is this true? Should I be eating 1 gram of protein per 1 pound of bodyweight? Meaning if I'm 248 pounds and like 40% bodyfat, I'm still to eat 248 grams of protein per day?
