C25k works great! The biggest note I can tell people, is to trust the prgoram and follow it. It really does work and you will amazed how quick you are running for 30 minutes.

Excellent program. I am on week 4 workout 2. It is getting easier, but this is a big week-because friday I am suppoed to do 20 minutes. It builds you up slowly and things get easier. Just don't skip any workouts. You'll do great!

WOW! You are really an inspiration. Can you list some of the things that did work and maybe some that didn't? I am just starting out and getting frustrated - so any advice would be great.

I am using the C25K and love it. It starts out slow and works your way up to what you need to do. I am in my 4th week and have really noticed an improvement!

Hi Sherri, I am doing the c25k. I am in week 4, workout 2. The first 2 weeks was the worse. Now it is getting better. My knees and legs burn too. I am signed up for a half marathon in June so I am doing this program and then another one to get me prepared. Keep going!! :tongue:
