I'm on week one day 3, thought I was going to die today! I love it but hate it at the same time. I can't do the full workout and take a million breaks. I want to give up, but that can't be an option!

That's a great idea, I keep setting bigger goals for myself. and just get discouraged. But I will try the smaller goal thing!

I'm in, I want to lose 20-30 lbs by the summer......I will settle for 20 by the end of May, and then work on the last 10 over the summer.
