  • ok so in a nutshell shall i look at it this way...never be to far in the minus figures on the fitness pal total... so i eat my 1200 cal aday. (already got a reduce of 200 cal as my bmr is 1400) workout 400 cal burned puts me at - 800 eat back say 200 cal puts me at -600 so total iv burned an extra 200 cal plus the 200 cals…
  • but if my bmr is 1411 and im eating 1200 my body is not getting enough and its going to go into starvation mode correct?? so just correct me if im wrong as im so confused.. eating 1411 is what i need to maintain my weight?? the fitness pal says on my phone if i eat 1200 i will lose 2lb a week... :S i really dont get this.…
