SW: 157.5 CW: 157.5 GW: 104 11th July: 157.5 Disappointed, but I feel better- I am sure the exercise is helping! I am also confused over my calorie intake, MFP recommended 1200 calories, but then I added 500 calories due to nursing my son. Hoping for better results next week!

I exercise 7 days a week. Monday- Friday, I am up at 4:30am to work out (new mom trying to balance exercising, home and work) and on the weekends up at 7am.
