  • I had a couscous salad today with the following ingredients: .5 cups cous cous, half a lamb steak (grilled with no oil, some salt and pepper), a diced tomato, a handful of rucula, a hand full of raw mushrooms, and some cheddar cheese sprinkled over the top seasoned with lemon... VERY tasty and less than 250 calories!!
