Great job!!! I feel that is my hardest as well (2nd to my thighs) but it's all genetics. I wish we could target fat loss. I would have kept my boobs! LOL!

A new week, a new opportunity to do better. Weekdays are structured (up same time, at work, taking lunch at the same time, dinner, gym, etc) Weekends are a beast; parties, restaurants, drinks, waking up whenever. I'm glad it's MONDAY TOO!

I feel you. I was stuck at 170lbs for a YEAR before I starting using myfitnesspal. My only advice is to measure yourself, make sure you're staying under cals/fat and maybe only doing starchy carbs 2x a day and not for dinner. It SO hard to get over the hump so I feel you on that. But keep it up.
