Woo hoo weigh in day. I lost 1.5 pounds and an inch off each thigh. I somehow didn't realize until last night that we didn't log our calories burned and personal challenges on Sundays so I had to do 200 crunches in order to make my personal goal. I hope everyone else had a great week.

Oooh I love the Renn faire-have a great time. I am taking my kids to a place we have here (CT) called The Dinosaur Place. They have walking trails in the woods with life size dinosaur statues throughout the hike.

I did well today-rode my bike to burn 1144 calories. I also did my 100 crunches-they are not getting easier yet, but I am finally less sore afterward. Today was a great day for me. This morning I took an hour and a half walk while pushing my very lazy 5 year old and 2 year old in the sit and stand stroller on the bike path. I went home and while my 2 year old napped I burned 600 calories on my bike and did 100 crunches. Tonight after the kids went to bed I did 500 more…

Yeah I hit all my goals today! I burned 1099 calories on my bike, and completed 100 crunches (I am so sore-I probably should have started with 50 a day, but I can't back down now!) I stayed below calories and I drank 10 glasses of water. I hope everyone had an awesome day.

So I did really well today I burned 700 calories between walking and my recumbent bike. I completed my 100 crunches. The only challenge I didn't finish was the easiest one-I didn't drink enough! I have always been bad about this.

I am going to change my personal goal to 700 crunches for the week. Thats 100 a day so it should be doable-even though its been awhile since I've done them.

I always do a good job of getting my cardio in so my personal challenge is to strength train at least 3xs this week.
