  • Teresa I hope you had a wonderful birthday visit with your friend. I really want to make some progress this week. I am really disappointed in myself right now. The weather has been bad here and so is my motivation.. Today is my rest day and tomorrow I need to start working my butt off seriously.
  • Hi all I had a bad week last week exercise wise, but my period is gone and I am ready to rock this week! Today I did the challenge even though they almost killed me.   • Today was so-so... Exercise challenge- yes Double crunches -60 so 305/300! Water-yes under calories -NO:( Walking challenge-no:(
  • Today I did 60 more double crunches. That makes it 245/300 I drank 14 glasses og water and stayed under calories by 300 or so. I also was able to walk 3 miles and get my challenge exercises done. I feel really good about today
  • Today I did 60 double crunches 185/300 I was happy to see that the tricep dips were a little easier today (a little lol)
  • I know how you feel because the lunge exercises from yesterday and today almost had me crying!lol

  • I have been terrible about posting this week. I had one bad day earlier in the week but dusted myself off and actually had a really good week. I even lost a pound which makes 2 pounds in two weeks pretty good format me. I hope everyone has an awesome weigh in day too
  • Well I dropped the ball today. I didnt stay under calories or walk. I also didnt drink enough unless you count the 2 beers I had ehen I went out to dinner with my friends. The only part of the chart I was able to get ooints was for the exercize challenge. Luckily tomorrow is a new day.

  • Wow those leg lifts were challenging! I didn't think I would be able to do it, but I did! I love how this challenge is pushing me to go a little further than I would on my own.
  • The arm exercises kicked my butt today! I am so weak in that dept. My biggest success today was drinking 15 glasses of water! I think that is a record for me.
  • Hey everyone! I didnt know how I would get my exercise in today I was tunning the kids around all day and didn't get home until7:30. I forced myself and went for a 1.5 mile walk and then did an aerobic pilates video and the challenge exercizes. I really love how motivated I am by this challenge. Thank you so much…

  • Of course I woke up sick on the 2nd day! I am determined not to let it set me back. My abs are a tiny bit sore, but the tricep exercise was the worst for me. I never work my arms and they are pretty weak.
  • I hope everyone is having a great first day. I feel really good about mine. I am under calories for the day and drank 12 glasses of water. I swam, walked to pick my daughter up from school, did aerobic pilates, and finished the challenge for the day. I am feeling really motivated now, and I wasn't at all a few days ago.
  • I hear you on that one! So far today I did a 15 minute swim while my kids had lessons this morning. I am going to walk to pick up my daughter from kindergarten this afternoon (I hope when I track the walk it is at least a mile). Good luck everyone. I am really excited to get started!
  • Woohoo I am so excited to get started! My starting weight is 138 I am going to do the Challenger category, and I have decided to go with the evening walk challenge for now instead of the serious.
  • Oooooh fun! I am going to choose the serious commitment option. I would do more but, my plan is to do pilates and kickboxing as the heart of my cardio and can only fit I so much. Thank you for working so hard on these challenges.
