Trainers typically get 40% and gym gets 60%.... and they get paid only when they train.... so if they have a 3 hour lawl between clients they dont get paid. If I were them and found something better, I would leave. But its rude the gym didnt inform you! Its not you!!!

I was a fan of Almond Breeze, but found it was going bad way to fast!!! Tried a few others and love silk! I use the Vanilla, as I dont drink enough to really worry about calories. (maybe 1/2-1 cup a day) I drink it on its own and in cereal if I have it or shakes.

I pod shuffle is the smallest. Though as the name says, it shuffles your songs. I like it cause it keeps it interesting for the music. (no screen to see whats playing or choose the music.) I love mine. Literally weighs a feather.

Air pop/oil pop (healthy oil) than use a spray bottle with vinegar and a lil salt. So darn good!

why not use water? Healthier than diet coke. Just add a little until you get a cookie dough consistency.

a few mins a few times a day is better than none. Though to get your heart rate up in a short period of time, is hard. Try to use different inclines, or use weights to help get your heart rate up.

THANK YOU!!!! I dont understand how its any "healthier" for you. I mean you can get a boxed cake where you just add water.... Water= A TRILLION times better for you!!
