I too have the hangy skin thing on my stomach and I've been excercising my butt off more at the gym, but can't get rid of it. Im glad Im not the only one with this issue. Im so close to the goal ive set, but Ive been thinking about resetting it because of the hangy skin thing. I don't believe all the extra challenges there…

Dont feel so bad about the slip up, it happens to the best of us. Just last Saturday i pigged out on double stuff oreos and taco salad. You just gota keep going with your work out plan and try to be stronger next time your tempted to stray off.:) It is ok to have a treat every once in a while ( try not to go overboard).

Well from my experience, i started drinking way more water and tea and cut out soda. That was the hardest thing for me to do, because i went thru caffine withdraws( tea has caffine in it so it helped a little). Once you get over that hump its smooth selling.
