I've been running 5x 5k's a week, but I need more strength training stuff. I'll get my stuff setup and start with you on Monday. I've done about 6 weeks of it. It's awesome, you get out what you put in.

MFP is designed to have you eat your exercise calories. I don't like to eat my exercise calories, but at the end of the day if I'm still hungry I will eat them. I just make sure to get my minimum 1200.
