YOU CAN DO IT! THE FIRST STEP IS SAYING YOUR READY TO START. THAT WAS THE HARDEST FOR ME. BUT FITNESS PAL HAS BEEN A GREAT WAY TO MAKE SURE IM NOT EATING TO MUCH. I STILL HAVE 100 LBS TO LOOSE. I TRY NOT TO LOOK AT THE WHOLE AMOUNT I JUST GET EXCITED SEEING EACH POUND COME OFF 1 AT A TIME.
