I think I'm with limiting them, not cutting them out completely. Sometimes its the type of carb. I can eat baked potatoes and such, but bread and pasta sabotage my diet plans every time. So I know to limit those things. JUst a thought. But good luck!!

That's awesome! I started C25K once, but didn't follow through after Week 1 when other things got in the way. I'm about to start again, and your post is very inspirational. I hate running, so I'm hoping things will change with this. :) Awesome!
