well, ive done quite a bit of housework today, including washing the conservatory windows and door glass, inside and out, and quite a bit of mopping, washing, hanging out, ironing etc. plus ive done an hours quite brisk walking, and an hour on my bike.

haha yeah, i miss my boobies!! ive gone from a 36E (i will actually hazard to say that i was bigger, i was busting out of all my bras), to a 32DD. but losing weight, my waist and hips have gone down too, so its still all in proportion. i have a much better shape now to be honest.

i did ten minutes of resistance training this morning, working on my quads, and ive also been on a seventy five minute bike ride. might do some yoga later, but i dont know yet.

plenty of wii-fit time today. an hour on rhythm boxing, ten minutes hula-hooping, thirty minutes jogging on the spot, and a silly twelve minutes of muscle exercises. not a bad day at all really.

i did 75 minutes on my wii ''my fitness coach'' (25 mins of aerobics moves, and 50 mins of lower body moves), then i did 30 minutes of wii-fit rhythm boxing and 30 minutes of jogging on the spot, and 100 minutes of walking. good day today.

my waist and my arms. they've toned up really well. i love the lines going down either side of my torso where my muscle has defined, and my arms are so much more toned and muscular. not scary muscular, just nice and no more jiggly bits (unless i really try and jiggle them haha)

half an hours walking, half an hour on wii-fit rhythm boxing, forty minutes fitness dvd with hand weights, five minutes on my ab-circle pro, and twenty minutes jogging on the spot. quite happy with that today.
