I am 170 ish. I would love to get to 141 my ww lifetime again. Ultimately I would love to see the scale below 135 (have not see that in at least 12 years).

My goal is to lose 15 pounds and finish Couch to 5K.

I am 5'4" and in the 170's and eat 1200 calories a day on non gym days. On gym days I try to eat some of my calories back. I have steadily lost weight in the past couple of weeks. I will rarely go over, but sometimes I am hungry.

thanks I am going to do strength every other day, on days i don't do cardio.

i have a belly problem. most of my weight is there. i need help.

this is always what i have heard. I have not been doing strength training because after cardio i just don't have the strength to do anymore.

Normally I go for the classes so 9:30 to 11:00 in the morning or 5:30 to 8 pm at night. I joined a different very cheap gym and have been going with my husband between 10 and 12. We do an hour of cardio and leave. I have to do strength training.
