my soreness went around by day 5 and by day 7 or 8 i was increasing my weights.

I have lost 19 pounds since early July/late June. I was going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week for combined 60 to 90 minutes of couch to 5k with walk and elliptical. finished 30 day shred with 27 days yesterday. started kickbox fast fix. did it tuesday and today.

level 3 day 8 done! I think today was my last day for a while. I have lost 4 pounds. I hope to take measurements before I move on to the next dvd. I should do that today. I never thought I would get this far (completing 27 days of shred) so I never took measurements.

over the summer i was at the gym for 3 to 4 days a week for 90 minutes. now that school is taking over my life, I am home with a video 6 to 7 days a week for 30 minutes each time.

most either use a heart rate monitor or i just add it as circuit training for 20 minutes.

day 5 and 6 level 3 done yesterday and today.

level 3 day 4 is done. i did the rock stars today. not very high, but i attempted and did them lightly.

I am on day 22 or 23, i took a day off and missed day 10 of level 2 i think. i have lost about 3 pounds and my clothes are getting loser and loser. the next jm dvd i do, i will take my measurements first.

thank you! i am doing 30 day shred, on day 23 i think today. i use 2, 3 and 5 pd weights depending on my day.

level 3 day 3 is done. circuit 3 rock stars and i are not friends.

took yesterday off, due to walking a lot at clinical today i did level 3 day 2!!

level 3 day 1 done! i took yesterday off from level 2 day 10 since i felt nauseous 5 minutes into it. not a fan of the jumps so i do other cardio during some of the jumps

level 2 day 9 done, upped the weights to 5's from 3's for some of it... ouch..

I have plantar fascilitis and thought level 1 hurt more than level 2.

level 2 day 8 done. like i did in level 1, i am going to up the weights for day 9 and 10. i don't have 4's but i have 5's. hopefully i can get through with 5's.

finished level 2 day 7 today.. finally feeling somewhat easy.. i can not do all of natalie's moves though.

day 5 level 2 done. i am so happy i did it. i feel so much better mentally and physically after i finish it.

tired and tom has made level 2 day 4 harder then the rest of the days. feel so much stronger when she is not here. but it is done. onto day 5 tomorrow.

maybe i am doing it wrong (let's hope not), but i find the cardio easier in level 2 than level 1. did level 2 day 2 today with 3 pd weights. my arms felt like jello at the end and i loved it.

I did level 2 day 1 today. wow, after doing level 1 for 10 days, this felt good in some ways. the cardio is not nice on the knees. i followed anita. the ab work is a lot harder for me. I did it with 2 pd weights, but I think I will go back to 3 pd weights tomorrow.

level 1 day 9 and upped the weights to 3 pounds. felt almost no difference from 2 pounds. I do not have 4 pd, but have 5 pd so I sure that will feel different. one more day then level 2. going to see how i feel monday whether or not i do level 2

I am trying to do it 30 days straight. 2 more days on level 1, then I will see what level 2 is like. Rumor is level 2 is most challenging. if i go to the gym, i am just doing walking for 90 or some minutes.
