  • Yea, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to where the inches come from. Or when the 'whooshes' happen. I am just happy to still be in the program at week4. It's the longest I have stuck with anything, and its working!
  • Weekends are difficult for me.. I always make one of my eat up days on the weekend. I don't have trouble going back to 1000 during the week.
  • I lost 5 pounds my first week. Yay! Although I am not getting sore anymore, exercises are not getting easier, which I think is a good thing, but wow, they are tough for me. The new exercises for week 2 are killer! I love it.
