My favorite PMS breakfast is whole wheat toast with peanut butter and chocolate chips on top. My young daughter saw me eat it once, and that was all she would eat for breakfast for 10 years!

I weigh myself every day (so I can see how the foods I eat affect water retention), but I only measure once a month.
