I've been on a greek yogert kick (plain) with fresh fruit after I work out...high in protein and that tends to help me fend off hunger a bit.

[
Tone back your crazy for a week or two. Go have something unhealthy and delicious from a restaurant. When your P90x is a few days from finishing, just casually mention it and ask him for a hand getting the bench set up.
^^^ this and suggest a garage sale to get rid of some of the 'stuff' in the basement.…

Also of note, there's quite a few serial killers who were left handers - Jack the Ripper, the Boston Strangler and Jeffery Dalmer. My dad gave me a book about being left handed when I was a kid (he was born a leftie as well but the nuns beat that right outta him! I'm 100% left handed. My right hand is like a…

10lbs of black toy poodle fury!!! She's a rescue and we love her - got her when I lived in a small condo (hence the size) and I'm allergic to dander, so I have no issues with her.
For some foods, a saner portion ends up just being a tease. Like seeing a great mahogany desk, only to discover that it's laminate covered particle board.
^^^bahahahahaha!!!! That's great!

Mountain Climbers and box/bench jumps (I feel like I'm going to face plant every time).

I write down the race and date, my time and pace, and my AG finish on them. I have a single binder ring - that I'll put the most recent one on top. It hangs (on a small hook) in my office....

My husband swears by Nip Gaurds....they are usually sold at running stores/expos. he uses them for any run over 8 miles. Money well spent.

Your shoes are probably a big factor....rest your shins, stretch and ice....and get good shoes.

I live in a 'transitional neighborhood and when I run on one of the sketchier outlying streets I usually get hoots and hollers and 'atta girls' from some older guys drinking malt liquor at 7am. I've even gotten a few 'high fives' from guys with gold teeth. Oddly this makes me smile. Children in strollers tend to wave at…

I use the hard plastic HRM that came with my Garmin 110. I should 'spring' for the premium one - I've heard it's comparable to the Polar....but to tell the truth, I've kind of gotten off the HRM when I run...too much to look at and think about it, I know when I'm working hard (or too hard)

I have the Garmin Foreunner 110 (Ladies)....LOVE IT. Very very easy to use. My husband has the Forerunner 305 - it's ancient but he swears by it. one thing I will say about Garmin's though...their HRM straps aren't as comfortable as Polar's....just my opinion.

5'1.5" - my trainer just nicknamed me 'stumpy' today at the gym as I was doing flutter kicks. Stumpy. Uggg.

like everyone says, the long(er) term effects of weight training are great (longer muscle burn) but when I do weights (or pushups/pull ups/etc) I just log it under 'Cardio'...there's Weight Lifting/Weight Training there.
