Before my daughter got me on this program, I did weight watchers ..... so in actuality, I had lost 10 lbs before starting this..... I am down 14.2 lbs from January of this year...!! I should do what you did dorisholaway..... that sounds more realistic to me.... thanks , I will do as you have suggested ..... :happy:
